# Workspace Notifications
While we intend to keep emails to a minimum, from time to time we will contact you to advise on payments and any other important information related to your workspace.
**All** users can expect to receive emails from us when:
- You are invited to join the App either by Screenrights or by the Workspace Owner or an Admin
Workspace Owners can expect to receive emails from us when:
- A new payment has been processed
- Your bank account details need to be updated
You can also keep track of notifications in the app by clicking on the ‘Notifications’ tab under your user settings.
