What should I be able to see under Collection Account Management?

This depends on your DASA access level. 
We support five (5) access levels. These are labelled as:
  • Producer
  • Co-Producer
  • Party
  • Beneficiaries (Non-Party)
  • Sales Agents
All access levels can see their Payments.
Producers & Co-producers have the highest level of access and should be able to view all relevant statement information.
