What is a Potential Claim?

A potential claim is created and added to your workspace when our research has indicated that you may be entitled to claim Screenrights royalties for a particular program.

Before accepting the potential claim, you should check your agreements to determine if you own or control the right to copy, communicate and retransmit the program/s from a television broadcast in Australia or New Zealand. The potential claim does not guarantee that you have a claim.
