I'm completing a registration for a title in my potential claims list. What do Film, Script and Commissioned Sound Recordings mean in this context?

Under the Copyright Act and for the purposes of paying Screenrights royalties:

Film refers to the aggregate of images incorporated in the programs. Film does not refer to the program as a whole.

Script refers to the literary or dramatic works incorporated in the program, and it can include any kind of shooting script, directing, narration commentary that is incorporated in the program.

Commissioned sound recordings (CSR) means a sound recording of a musical work where the Member owns the copyright in the sound recording persuant to a commissioning agreement or otherwise.
