Payment Notification

The Workspace Owner and Admins will receive a notification when Screenrights has processed a payment.

 

Two examples of these notifications have been included below. The example on the left is sent to individual workspaces and the example on the right is sent to agents.

 

You can click on the 'View Statement' link to view and/or download the relevant payment statement. Please note that it can take up to 1-2 hours for the statement to be available on the platform. If you still can't locate the statement, please don't hesitate to contact our support team.
