I have received a payment notification but my bank details need to be updated. How can I receive the payment to my new bank account?
We can only reprocess a payment once our bank has confirmed that the funds have bounced back. Depending on the reason, this advice can generally take anywhere between 7-10 business days, however, there have been instances where this can take up to one month.
You will be sent a notification to confirm that a payment has bounced via email. Please see an example of the notification below:

Once you have received this notification, please log in to your Workspace and update your bank details.
